DO

  • •Use bland moisturizers if skin feels dry.

DON'T

  • •No massage, rubbing, or pressing on the injection area.
  • •Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, hot yoga, or steam rooms for 24–48 hours.
  • •Avoid alcohol and smoking for 24 hours.
  • •Do not use ice packs or cold compresses.
  • •Don't schedule dental procedures, facials, or other injections in the area for at least 1–2 weeks.

Important Note About Cold Compresses
